I am a Licensed Psychologist (PSY #21547) providing therapy to adolescents and adults in Northern California. I bring over 20 years of professional experience, personal wisdom and a passion for healing to every session. My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to engage your mind, body and spirit to help you (your teen or your family) become who you want to be and live the life your heart desires.

Perhaps you have been diagnosed with a mental illness or have experienced significant trauma. Whatever the reason it can take courage to ask for help. Whether you are wanting to change habits or behavior patterns, in need of deep healing from trauma or experiencing a difficult life transition, therapy can help.

Yet, I believe that hidden within even the hardest times are unique opportunities for healing and change… windows of hope in darkness. Our stuck spots are not just there to cause us difficulty but are often messages or wake-up calls telling us about a part of our life that may need more attention. In the therapy I provide, I do my best to provide a safe place for you to hear those messages more clearly, make the changes you desire, restore hope, restore balance and to rise out of pain.
